This is the Spanish translation of Fortress of the Muslim — Hisnul Muslim — which collects the authentic supplications the Prophet ﷺ taught, arranged by occasion and traced to the Qur’an or a sound hadith. Waking and sleeping, leaving and entering the house, eating, traveling, illness, distress, debt, fear, rain, the masjid, the market. It covers an ordinary day almost completely.
A Note from the Compiler
Shaykh Sa’id bin Ali bin Wahaf Al-Qahtani explains in his introduction that this book is an abridgement of his larger work, Adh-Dhikr wad-Du’a wal-’Ilaj bir-Ruqyah min al-Kitab was-Sunnah. To make it small and easily portable he selected only the section on words of remembrance, gave the text of each supplication rather than the full hadith, and limited himself to one or two references apiece.

A supplication book is useful in proportion to how often it is within reach, which is why this collection is carried by Muslims in a pocket, a bag or a glovebox, and ordered in bulk by masajid and Islamic schools for new Muslims, Ramadan gift bags and da’wah tables.

Esta es la traducción al español de Hisnul Muslim (La Fortaleza del Musulmán), la colección más difundida de súplicas auténticas que el Profeta ﷺ enseñó a sus seguidores, tomadas directamente del Qur’an y de hadices auténticos. Las súplicas están organizadas según la ocasión — al despertar, al dormir, al salir y entrar en casa, al comer, al viajar, ante la enfermedad, la angustia o el miedo — de modo que cubren prácticamente todas las situaciones de un día normal.
