Some Selected Supplications from the Qur'an (PB) Pocket Size

Some supplications from the Quran are presented in this book for Muslims to recite whenever they need them.

Besides the times of need, one has to remember Allah, praise Him, thank Him for the blessings He has bestowed, and invoke Him for more of that. These acts bring us near to Allah and secure His help and protection for our needs in this world and in the Hereafter.

Why Supplications From the Quran Specifically

Because they are the words Allah Himself chose. Every dua in this book is one He recorded in His Book — frequently as the supplication of a Prophet at a moment of real difficulty.

When Ibrahim, Musa, Yunus or Zakariyya عليهم السلام called on their Lord, the exact words were preserved. A person using them is asking in language that has already been answered.

Why Fifty-Two Is a Good Number

Large enough to cover the situations a person meets, small enough that the whole book can realistically be memorized. A collection of several hundred gets consulted; one of fifty-two gets learned.
