This is the Spanish translation of The Minor Resurrection by Dr. ’Umar Sulaiman al-Ashqar, Volume 5 of the Islamic Creed Series. It takes up the question every person eventually asks: what happens after death, and how do we actually know?

Al-Ashqar’s answer is that the only reliable source on what follows death is the One who gives life and takes it, so the book works entirely from what Allah revealed — the soul’s departure at death, the questioning by the two angels in the grave, and the torment or ease that follows it. From there it turns to the signs of the Last Hour, many of which, al-Ashqar notes, are already visible.
