Some of the topics discussed in this book:
- Does one seek forgiveness for doing something wrong, or for violating a prohibition?
- Is one required to seek forgiveness for what he did while unaware?
- Is one required to seek forgiveness for what they thought about but did not act upon?
- If one repents for a sin and then commits it later, is his original repentance invalid or not?
Mash Allah another nice book with very good price/content ratio. This book is only 50ish pages and can be read in one sit. It contains different viewpoint from various scholars regarding what for and how one should ask forgiveness. With relevant quote from the noble Qur'an. A nice reminder to read every once in a while.
