Package was nice and itr is good. However it was not easy at all to use. I mean there is no stick inside or rubber type to scroll it on your hand or body. You have to open the whole thing and put few drops out of it which can get messy. Kindly update the product.
Answer:

The itr bottle comes with a separate roller which is wrapped in the plastic wrap. They are not installed by the producer so that they don't leak while in transit. You may have accidentally thrown it away or it may have been missed in the packing. If you need a replacement please contact us. Thanks
