Fifteen is a deliberate number. A child handed two hundred supplications learns none of them; handed fifteen that cover the moments he actually meets, he learns all of them and uses them.
The occasions are chosen from ordinary life rather than from a syllabus: saying Bismillah, greeting a fellow Muslim, hearing the Prophet's ﷺ name mentioned, responding when someone sneezes, managing anger, entering private spaces, and on through to entering the graveyard.
The inclusion of a dua for anger is worth noticing. It treats a child's emotional life as something the religion speaks to, which is not how supplication is usually presented to children.
Arabic text. Transliteration, so he can say it before he can read the script. English translation, so he knows what he is asking for. And a clear note on the appropriate occasion — without which a memorized dua stays memorized and never gets used.
