Al-Jibaly sets out the funeral process step by step: washing and shrouding the deceased, the funeral (janāzah) prayer, carrying the body, and burial — each ruling supported by evidence and cross-checked against weaker or fabricated practices that have become common in some communities. At its core sits a near-complete translation of Shaykh Al-Albānī’s Aḥkām al-Janā’iz, one of the standard hadith-graded references on funeral rulings, supplemented with additional material, tables and diagrams that make the rulings easier to follow and apply.
