"The description of Paradise which the pious have been promised: in it are rivers of water whose taste and smell never change, rivers of milk whose taste never alters, rivers of wine delicious to those who drink, and rivers of clarified honey. Therein for them is every kind of fruit, and forgiveness from their Lord." (Surah Muhammad 47:15)
Most Muslims believe in Paradise and could say very little about it. This book fixes that, simply by gathering what Allah and His Messenger ﷺ actually said — the verses and the authentic narrations, with explanations, printed in full colour.

The Warning at Its Centre
The Prophet ﷺ said that the Fire is surrounded by desires and passions, while Paradise is surrounded by things people dislike. That is the single most useful sentence in the subject, and the book builds on it.
What leads to the Fire is easy: appetite, indulgence, the path of least resistance. What leads to Paradise is difficult: self-control, perseverance, chastity, obedience — the regular congregational prayers, fasting, striving in Allah's cause, Zakat, Umrah and Hajj. The road is not level ground; it has hurdles and pits, and it demands great patience.
Knowing that in advance is what stops a person concluding, at the first difficulty, that he has taken a wrong turn.
Why the Colour Matters
A book about Paradise printed in dense black text on plain paper is working against its own subject. This edition is produced in full colour, and it is one people leave out where they will pick it up — which for a book of reminders is the whole point.
