"The book 'Golden Decisions' sheds light on a very important and interesting aspect of Islamic history. It covers the decisions of all the famous Muslim rulers, judges, and magistrates from the time of the Prophet to the present day, who raised the voice of justice and fairness in the world, and the world of disbelief remained their joy. The pages of this book are adorned with the decisions based on the intelligence and insight of the great judges of the Muslim Ummah, including the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), Sayyiduna Umar Farooq (RA), Sayyiduna Ali Al-Murtada (RA), Qadi Shurayh, Qadi Iyas, Caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz, Qadi Sharik, and Qadi Abu Yusuf. The events are very authentic,c and the style of narration is conversational and heartwarming, which does not allow the reader to separate himself from himself.

This is another great attempt of Dar-us-Salam to document our history and highlight the superiority of the judiciary at a time when Islam was the dominant religion. Through this book, we witness Muslim rulers being summoned by the courts, we read about sentences being passed against them and we discover how they humbled themselves before the Shariah law. This is a very relevant book in the current times, when quite a few people consider themselves to be above the law. We, at Hiba Magazine, have adapted, translated and published some of the stories from this book in our magazine under the segment of 'Values', and these have been very well-received by our readers.
