The book documents the different aspects of Al-Madinah and the most important historical events bearing directly on its establishment and sanctity, highlighting the sites that come to mind whenever Al-Madinah is mentioned — the Prophet's ﷺ Mosque, Quba Mosque, and others — and devoting a major section to the expansions and improvements of the Prophet's Mosque from the time of Muhammad ﷺ through the Saudi era.

All of Al-Madinah is superior, for deeds performed there are multiplied in reward, and a prayer in the Prophet's Mosque is worth a thousand prayers elsewhere except the Sacred Mosque in Makkah. The book presents more than fifty pictures drawn from original documented sources, ranging from old to new, and takes care throughout to rely only on correct Ahadith and authentic reports — a work of genuine scientific trustworthiness rather than devotional embellishment.
