How gift cards work
Where is the code?
It's in the gift card email and on the printable PDF attached to it, and starts with GC-.
How do I use it?
Add what you like to the cart, then enter the code in the "Promo code" box at checkout. The amount comes off your order.
Do I have to spend it all at once?
No. Whatever is left stays on the card for next time, under the same code with -2 (then -3...) added. The rest can be used from the customer account that placed the first order.
How long is it valid?
At least 5 years from the day it was sent. Check your code above for its exact date.
What can I buy with it?
Anything in our store except other gift cards.
Lost your code?
Contact us with the order reference or the buyer's name and we'll send it again. If you have an account, sign in to see the cards you bought or received.
