How the book is built
This pocket edition is an abridgment of the author's earlier, fuller work, Adh-Dhikr wad-Du'a wal-'Ilaj bir-Ruqyah mina'l-Kitab was-Sunnah. To keep it compact, the author selected only the section on words of remembrance, and for each entry gives the text of the du'a itself along with one or two references rather than the full hadith and its complete chain — readers who want the fuller context and sourcing are directed to the original work.
