The real identity of a Muslim is the observance of Shariah rules in practical life. عملی زندگی میں شرعی احکام کی تعمیل ہی مسلمان کی اصلی پہچان ہے ۔ سو عقائد و نظریات ، عبادات و معاملات اور اخلاق و عادات میں شریعت اسلامیہ کی اتباع ہی ملحوظ ہونی چاہیے ۔ لہذا دیگر احکام و فرائض کی طرح شادی شدہ اسلامی جوڑے پر یہ اضافی ذمہ داری عائد ہوتی ہے کہ وہ نیک اولاد کے حصول کا خواہش مند بھی اور طلب اولاد کا حریص بھی ۔ پھر اولاد طلبی کی شرعی حدود و قیود کی پابندی اختیار کرے اور حصول اولاد کی ناجائز صورتیں اور شرکیہ افعال سے بھی گریز کرے ۔ اور جب اللہ تعالی اس کی التجاؤں کو شرف قبولیت بخشے تو حمل ، وضع حمل کے احکام سے واقفیت حاصل کر کے ان پرعمل پیرا ہو اور گھر کے آنگن میں پھول کھلنے کی صورت میں نومولود کے نام رکھے ۔ عقیقہ کرنے ، بال مونڈنے ، ختنہ کروانے ، رضاعت کے مسائل اور تربیتی پہلوؤں سے آگاہی حاصل کر کے اپنی شرعی ذمہ داریوں سے عہدہ بر آں ہو۔ زیر تبصرہ کتاب بچوں کے احکام ومسائل، ولادت سے بلوغ تک  اسلامی زندگی کے انہی پہلوؤں پر بطریق احسن روشنی ڈالتی ہے ۔
