Fresh sewak (arak miswak) — the traditional natural toothbrush from the arak tree. Hygienically processed and vacuum sealed to keep it fresh and soft. The natural way to clean the teeth.
The Prophet ﷺ used the miswak constantly, and said that were it not for the hardship it would cause his community, he would have ordered them to use it before every prayer. Fourteen centuries later it is still the same stick from the same tree.
Because a miswak that has dried out is unusable — the fibers go brittle instead of separating into bristles, and it scratches rather than cleans.
Vacuum sealing keeps the stick fresh and soft until you open it, which is the difference between a good miswak and the dried-out ones sold loose.
Trim back and re-chew a fresh tip when the bristles wear. One stick lasts a considerable time.
A natural formulation for dental care — no paste, no water needed, nothing added. Which is also why it works anywhere: in a car, at a desk, at the masjid before prayer.
