I bought the tafseer according to the advice of the shaykh saleh aal ashaykh. It is as he said, it is a very brief tafser. It has some mistakes but I bought this version, Dar-us-Salam version with the checking notes of shaykh mubarakpuri, as he was one of our scholar, and may Allah reward him for checking it. Thus I knew he would correct the mistakes and point out and make note and he does. It is really should be studied first before other big tafsir as tafsir as sadi and ibn kathir and others as the shaykh said. It is really brief and is just 1 vol. not so thick either. Very nice. I ordered from online because in store, they charge a lot but I was not happy with my copy because the store people did not pack the books as I said, thus corners were bent and I had to put tape so each time I take it out to read, I will looking in the damage and feel so bad, feel like giving it away and buy fresh new copy even if it is expansive, but can't do that now.
