I spent a significant amount of money including currency exchange, courier costs then COD. I was disappointed to open the box and find out that the spine on volume 9 was damaged. I am reluctant to purchase from your company in the future. Will you be willing to take greater care in the packaging and handling? Damaging the volume set and then shipping to the customer makes me reluctant to buy from your company in the future.
