Patch for Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)

There seems to be a compatibility problem with Windows XP SP2 which can be fixed by following the instructions below:

1. Download the ArissPatch-2.zip file to your desktop or just click 'Open'.
2. Unzip the file and run the ArissPatch.exe program.
3. An open dialog will show. Go to the folder where you have installed the program (i.e in program files\\etca)
4. Select the file that ends with .QZ_
5. Click ok

Now the program is patched and you should be able to run it under WindowsXP with Service Pack 2. If you have any problems please contact Site Webmaster.
